The wines were then raised for 12 months in a mixture of older oak casks
crushed gravel with ripe stone fruit notes and hints of lees-derived complexity
The 2020 Mt Eliza Estate Sauvignon Blanc was sourced exclusively from Mount Eliza Estate in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula
