Made from a blend of the rare Altesse grape and Gamay, this ros has peach and strawberry fruits, but also almonds and nutmeg with herbal spicy elements and a bit of wildness too. It's a smorgasbord natural wine that is such a delight to drink. Having his own plot of organic vines was Jeremy Coiffier's dream. After a decade long apprenticeship at
