Scotland and was recruited by Stathcona's Horse for service in South Africa
in overall very good condition (tab was mounted at one time showing traces of glue on reverse)
He was promoted to Ordinary Seaman when based on Hannibal in November 1911 and Able Seaman when on Boadicea in May 1912
